New Study: Personnel costs in Central and South Eastern Europe as a factor when choosing a location

Together with the personnel consultancy Kienbaum, TPA has published a study that surveys labour costs in twelve selected countries in Southern and Central Europe.

The study “Quantifying personnel costs as a factor for choosing a business location” focuses on four groups of people: Managing directors, executives, white-collar workers and blue-collar workers.

The comparison of the net-to-total cost ratio is particularly interesting: as in Austria, the net-to-total cost ratio in Slovenia is rising while remuneration is falling.

Mrs. Mojca Mlakar provided the basis for the presentation in Slovenia.
